You have to give it a try! Rodney Wallace is an excellent trainer who will truly meet you where you are and provide the supports to get you where you want to be. I am feeling stronger than ever and more importantly I feel encouraged and supported by Mr. Wallace. The facilities provide opportunities for a wide variety of training options like individual training sessions and small group kick boxing classes! Lastly, I am proud of the mentorship that is provided by Kickfit Salisbury. Rodney, hosts Saturday workshops for teenagers in the community and he is so humble about the tremendous impact of this work.

Best place in town to train whether its boxing, bjj, kickboxing or if you just want to get fit this is the spot.Rodney the owner is a great coach and has all the bases covered in all aspects of Mma and fitness.

Rodney is the BEST trainer. I work out with him for 30 minutes and I'm dead afterwards (in the best way possible)! I really enjoy personal training with Rodney. He's a muscular guy and as a former professional MMA fighter you'd think he'd be intimidating. That couldn't be further from the truth. He has a calm demeanor and is soft spoken, encouraging, and funny. He's not like the trainers you see on Biggest Loser yelling at their clients to work harder lol. Personal training is surprisingly affordable. I really enjoy learning the boxing technique and getting better at boxing so we do mitt work during my training but he also does all sorts of HITT, weights, etc with his other clients. Also a shout out to when I used to do his morning group fitness classes (I have a schedule conflict now) they are great too. There are plenty of women and people of all sizes and fitness levels. Don't let fear of boxing or fear of judgement stop you from reaching out.
